An Infrequent Flyers bottling of 12-year-old Royal Brackla single malt Scotch whisky, filled from a single hogshead which housed the spirit from 2006 to 2019. The Alistair Walker Whisky Company bottled this at a hefty 58.9% ABV with an outturn of 304 bottles.
Lemon peel and dried pear lead among softer notes of dried grass, barley sugars and bitter herbs.
Floral honey, toasted brown sugar and stone fruits, with a hint of vanilla-richness underneath.
Rich cereals and hazelnut.
