A limited edition Bowmore single malt, matured for three long decades in a combination of sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels. It was then bottled up at cask strength, with just 2,580 handsome bottles produced for the 2020 release. Magnificent stuff from the Islay distillery, combining ripe fruit and peat smoke beautifully.
Heather honey, bananas and peaches, with pineapple, vanilla and butterscotch.
Tropical fruits with honey sweetness, subtle peat smoke and hints of eucalyptus.
Mouth warming, with ripe fruits lingering on the tongue.
