Extra old and particularly good single malt from Bowmore, independently bottled by Douglas Laing for its Xtra Old Particular series. Just 194 bottles were released, after maturing for 25 years between June 1996 and March 2022, in a single refill hogshead. Expect plenty of classic meaty Bowmore smoke, coastal breeze, and sweet peat in this one.
