Well-aged whisky from the Bowmore Distillery - music to our ears! This is an Infrequent Flyers bottling of single malt from Bowmore, distilled in 1997 and matured for 23 years. It was finished in a virgin oak cask, and bottled up with an outturn of only 204 bottles by Alistair Walker.
Coastal peat with a hint of floral air mixed in there, supported by burnt toast (buttered) and grilled peach.
Salted lemon, croissants dipped in apricot jam, barrel char and black pepper.
Lingering sea breeze.
