A real treat here in the form of this brilliantly aged single malt from Bowmore distillery. The 2001 vintage whisky matured for 20 years, with a finishing period spent in a first-fill sherry butt to bring layers of chocolatey spice to the balanced peat. 665 cask strength bottles were released in 2022 as part of the 12th Artist series from La Maison du Whisky, with this bottle featuring a painting by Gesine Arps on the label.
