A fab Bowmore single malt here from The Character of Islay Whisky Company's very own indie bottling range, The Stories of Wind & Wave. Showing off the excellent whiskies of Islay is what this series is all about, and that's exactly what's happening here. It's a 16 year old single cask expression, matured in a refill bourbon barrel before being bottled at cask strength.
