Bowmore 11 Year Old is aged in a combination of bourbon casks and Spanish oak sherry casks. Originally a travel retail exclusive, it was bottled at 40% ABV and brings together coastal peat smoke and a richer, fruit-led sweetness.
Soft peat smoke with dark chocolate, red berries, citrus cream and a hint of fresh sourdough.
Gently smoky and fruity, with walnut brittle, sherried sweetness, cocoa and a touch of coastal salinity.
Lingering smoke, dark fruit, pine resin and a dry, lightly nutty fade.
