Bower Hill Reserve Rye
Straight rye whiskey here from the Bower Hill range, which takes its name from the location of the first bloodshed of the 1794 Whiskey Rebellion - the Battle of Bower Hill.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Toasted rye warmth, with layers of brown sugar and dried orange peel.
Palate
New oak, fresh apricot, spiced rum and mint.
Finish
More mint, followed by a helping of cinnamon sticks.
