Once the surprisingly not unpleasant burn subsides & the feeling returns to my tastebuds, I get a sweet & woodsy sensation that lingers just long enough to want more soon, but not too soon, as it is a drink to be enjoyed modestly, savored, making this (in my opinion) excellent whiskey an excellent sipper, not for guzzling like a pig. ”
