Jim Beam
Booker's True Barrel Bourbon (Batch 2024-01E) 70cl Whiskey
Customer Rating
“but taste is subjective, so to each his/her own. As for me, I find this overproof bourbon a tongue-numbing & belly-warming delight. Once the surprisingly not unpleasant burn subsides & the feeling returns to my tastebuds, I get a sweet & woodsy sensation that lingers just long enough to want more soon, but not too soon, as it is a drink to be enjoyed modestly, savored, making this (in my opinion) excellent whiskey an excellent sipper, not for guzzling like a pig. ”

Description
Booker's True Barrel Bourbon, named after Booker Noe, Jim Beam's grandson and former Master Distiller, was first released in 1992. A small batch straight Kentucky bourbon, each batch is generously matured and bottled at cask strength, resulting in rich, full-bodied whiskey. Perhaps a drop of water or two wouldn't go amiss with this intense expression.
