From Boann Distillery comes The Whistler P.X. I Love You Single Malt, a delightful example of the decadence of the Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry, the influence this fortified wine’s casks can have on whiskey, and the power of a good name. It's like P.S. I Love You. Get it?

This single malt Irish whiskey was made from 100% malted barley and finished for at least nine months in PX casks before being bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or colouring.

Nose

Richly sherried with dried fruit, sticky cherries, orange peel, and toasted sugar.

Palate

A viscous palate brings oily walnut, golden raisins, leather, dark chocolate, and zesty citrus.

Finish

Drying with woody spices and dark fruit.
