Description

Ireland meets Sicily in this gloriously rich pot still whiskey, finished in Marsala casks from Cantine de Vinci. It's a dram that’s spicy, fruity, and has just the right amount of indulgence.

Nose

Wildflower honey and golden sultanas, with layers of candied orange peel, spiced vanilla, and almond biscotti. A light floral note in the background.

Palate

Silky and mouth-coating, with baked apple, apricot jam, and caramel-drizzled nuts. Warm baking spice builds alongside ginger snaps and a touch of toasted oak.

Finish

Smooth and lingering, with a final flourish of citrus zest, nutmeg, and delicate oak tannins.
