Bluegrass Toasted Oak
Kentucky's Bluegrass Distillers follow a mash bill of 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley to produce Bluegrass Toasted straight bourbon. The whiskey ages for a minimum of three years, finishing with at least 21 days in lightly toasted white oak barrels.

Nose
Oak char and vanilla join gentle notes of baking spices.
Palate
Sweet notes of caramel and maple, with hints of marshmallow and dried berries, backed by cinnamon and nutmeg warmth.
Finish
Runny toffee arrives for the finish, with toasty notes of oaken vanilla and a touch of pepper.
