This batch of Blanton's straight Kentucky bourbon aged in the famed Warehouse H and was drawn from barrel number 2162. Bottled at a robust 61.3% ABV, it's another cracking single-barrel bottling from Blanton's.
Please Note: Unfortunately, the gold wax atop these Straight From The Barrel bottlings is currently prone to cracking. We're informed that this should be a short term problem, but please be aware when purchasing this tasty bourbon. (Don't worry, the delicious liquid inside won't be affected!)
Chewy caramel, barrel char, waxy fruit and peppery spice. Enjoyably oily at times.
