WOW !! I am not a Bourbon fan by choice but this could really convert me !!!!
Very good
Not much from the nose, only a faint sweetness. To taste, this is up there with the Speyside single malts in quality. Developing soft brown sugar, syrup, into oak, tea, and a slight pepper on swallowing. A long finish. With water, the nose is still hard to detect, a slight vanilla. To taste soft, syrup, oak, a fruity grape like long lasting taste. I now appreciate Bourbon Whiskey this is a great dram.
Very good with a little water. The best way to describe this whiskey is a big Burst of Cinnamon!!!
One of the very best!
