A 22 year old single malt from the Blair Athol distillery in Pitlochry, independently bottled by The Single Cask. It was distilled in August 1991 and left to age until September 2013, when it bottled at cask strength, producing only 86 bottles.
Spicy malt with a hint of floral air hidden within, orange oil and polished pine.
Digestive biscuits, blackberry coulis, apple cores and bitter peels.
Cinnamon, rye and a few whiffs of baked goods.
