This is a 2002 vintage of the Lowland whisky of Bladnoch. The distillery reopened in 2000 after a number of years of mothballing.
Barley sugar, fields of hay and vanilla pods with a hint of allspice.
Acacia honey accompanied with boiled sweets with a smooth creamy body.
Reasonably long with notes of beeswax and cream
A great showing from the Lowland Bladnoch distillery.
