This is an independently bottled Bladnoch single malt, bottled by Sansibar for La Maison du Whisky. Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2016, there are only 109 of these interesting expressions around, so grab one before they all disappear.
Flamed orange peel and toasted brioche. A whiff of olive oil, too.
Lighter than the nose suggests, with plenty of tropical fruit notes showing up alongside vanilla and mint.
A touch of black pepper and caraway.
