Bourbon
A 26 year old single malt from the Bladnoch distillery, matured in a single bourbon cask from May 1990 to 2016. Following its maturation, this whisky was independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of their newly redesigned Cooper's Choice range. Only 230 bottles were produced.
Floral vanilla and peppery oak. A squeeze of citrus.
Rich in honey, though a subtly savoury hint of fresh barley persists throughout.
Oily and quite long. Herbaceous.
