Nose
A mixture of vegetal oak and chopped herbs, with touches of rich malt and a plum.
Palate
Well-rounded sweetness of greengage, honey and red berry jam. Cooking spice works its way in after a while.
Finish
Bourbon-y vanilla tannins last.
