Bladnoch 6 Year Old Lightly Peated
Part of the new range having been released since Raymond Armstrong took the helm in 1994. The first release of whisky distilled after his ownership of Bladnoch, a very well-received set of 6 year old whiskies, this one is Lightly Peated.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Elegant. Smoke and gentle peat with a little malt thrown in for good measure, sweetness, embers.
Palate
Great texture. Peat lines the mouth. Crisp with malt, tingling oak, barley. Kicks of vanilla and citrus.
Finish
Oily, resin, vanilla, barley sweetness. Sparkling oak.
