Velvet Cap Irish Whiskey Triple Cask
An impressive Irish whiskey from the Blackwater distillery in Waterford, combining a blend of malt and grain whiskies from some of Ireland's finest distilleries. The blend was treated to a rest in a combo of bourbon, Port, and stouted rye casks before bottling and boasts a generous palate of tropical fruits, stone fruits, buttery vanilla, and nutty malt.

Nose
Honeyed stone fruit and a touch of plum jam support banana bread, vanilla, marzipan, and cocoa.
Palate
Nutty malt and vanilla biscuits join more dark stone fruits, backed by silky caramel and a hint of herbaceous oak.
Finish
Candied mango arrives for the finish, with a touch of cinnamon, fruity granola, black pepper, and cacao.
