Black Velvet 1970

Black Velvet was first produced in 1951 in Toronto as a part of the 'Velvet' range. The Toronto distillery was owned by Gilbey's who produced the famous gin and at one point owned twenty-two distilleries worldwide including the Scotch distilleries of Glen Spey, Knockando and Strathmill. This is an antique bottling from 1970.
