Bivrost Vanaheim
Vanaheim is the seventh Norwegian single malt to join Bivrost's Nine Worlds of Norse Mythology series. The whisky is distilled from Nordic barley and fermented with glacial meltwater at the distillery, which is nestled at the foot of the Arctic Lyngen Alps. Matured in a combo of bourbon, sherry, and rather unusually, teak casks!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fragrant notes of vanilla, honey, woody spice, dried herbs, and cinnamon.
Palate
Waves of tropical fruit and creamy custard, with more cinnamon, baking spice, and floral, woody notes of redbush tea.
Finish
Those spices linger, joined by a touch of liquorice, cocoa, and pepper.
