Bimber The 1st Release 70cl Whisky

This English single malt whisky was part of the inaugural release from London's Bimber distillery, a release of just 1,000 bottles. The whisky spent three years maturing in a host of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks until it was bottled in 2019.
