It's batch number four of London-based Bimber distillery's Ex-Bourbon Oak Cask whisky. In what has become a highly anticipated release, batch number four of the English whisky has been matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks, and is bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
Baked apple, syrupy flapjack, and warm cinnamon spice.
Fruit forward, with dried apricot, candied citrus, and spicy ginger snaps.
Peppery spice and silky caramel.
