Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Redcurrants and black cherries leap out first, balanced by baked apples and orange peel. Behind the fruit sits a touch of polished oak, cedar spice, and a faint herbal note.

    Palate

Dark forest fruits, cassis, and plum jam, followed by waves of dark chocolate, espresso, and black pepper. The Highland malt backbone keeps things structured with biscuity malt and a flicker of citrus zest.

    Finish

Long and warming with lingering red wine tannins, cocoa nibs, and a subtle mint leaf freshness.
