Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Black cherry compote, creamy vanilla and a dusting of cocoa powder. Gentle tannins, with hints of violet, polished leather and almond pastry.

    Palate

Cassis and ripe plum alongside malt biscuits and milk chocolate. Herbal hints of thyme and bay leaf arise, with pepper and cinnamon bringing warmth.

    Finish

Rich dark fruits fading into oaky spice, lingering berry sweetness and a final echo of milk chocolate.
