Tasty single malt from the Benrinnes distillery, independently bottled by Wemyss Malts after it matured in a hogshead cask from 2001 to 2016. They've given this one the name Marshmallow Biscuit as a nod towards the whisky's flavour profile. A release of 357 bottles.

Nose
Plenty of vanilla-y barley, with hints of brown sugar and cardamom underneath.
Palate
Tunnock's Caramel Wafers, tangerine segments, lemongrass.
Finish
Buttered sweetcorn and syrup-drenched pancakes.
