Batch 2 of That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Benrinnes Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The distillery practised partial triple distillation until 2007 as 'discussed' here by Pete McPeat and Jack Washback from off of whiskyfun.com, one of whom is clearly more interested than the other!

Spicy sherried fruit, dried apple and a little heather.
Bang! Sherry! Dark fruits, molasses, rum and crisp toffee.
Clean and dry with moreish mocha notes and spices.
