9 year old Benrinnes single malt, independently bottled by the folks from James Eadie. This one matured in a pair of first-fill sherry casks from 2007 to 2016, and was bottled at 46% with an outturn of just 308 bottles.

Nose

Walnut loaf, coffee bean and plenty of orange.

Palate

Toffee with raisins mixed in, buttered malt loaf and a hint of sawdust.

Finish

Ginger, brown sugar, malt.
