It's a 23 year old Benrinnes single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled up by Duncan Taylor. This expression was distilled back in 1997, and was aged until 2021, before being bottled up for The Octave range. Just 98 bottles were produced!

Nose
Chocolate ice-cream, oily walnuts, a hint of old leather developing.
Palate
Chewy malt and stewed apples, with layers of oak and just a hint of heather honey.
Finish
Orange peels and almond butter.
