A Càrn Mòr bottling of Benrinnes single malt, matured in just one hogshead cask for 21 years - from October 1996 to September 2018. 277 bottles were produced for the Celebration of the Cask range, and it's certainly a series worth celebrating, considering all the excellent whiskies which form it.
Caramel latte, cinnamon sticks, a helping of hickory.
Green apple and yellow plum, with butterscotch drizzled over the top.
A hint of smoke develops, but notes of chocolate peanut and orchard fruits dominate.
