Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Gentle juicy fruit sweetness, menthol, vanilla and honey sponge cake and fresh hay.

    Palate

A good helping of vanilla custard followed by mineral notes and aromatic herbs, with more honey and prominent spices, namely ginger.

    Finish

Bitter almond, an oily nuttiness, cocoa and sweet lemon curd, pepper spice and a touch metallic.
