Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Honey'd malt with hints of sultana and choice mousse. A few touches of cinnamon.

Palate: Spicy at first (think ginger and clove), with layers of blackcurrant and thyme honey following on.

Finish: Fruity esters with underlying Oloroso sweetness.
