Indie Benrinnes here from Swiss bottler, Chapter 7, aged in a single bourbon hogshead for 18 years before being bottled with an outturn of 267 bottles.
Buttery malt, with notes of apple and honey alongside it.
Fruit notes really start to take centre stage on the palate, with honeydew melon and peach crumble standing out.
A light, chocolatey finish.
