Here we see one of our very own Master of Malt Single Cask Series bottlings - an 18 year old Benrinnes! It was distilled in October 1997 and left to mature in a bourbon cask until March 2016. We bottled it at 58.4% ABV, and have presented this tasty whisky in bottles with our innovative glass closures!
Rich in apple notes, with a touch of cloudy apple cider too. Summer berry tart with a digestive biscuit base. Hints of rhubarb and honey.
Toasted bread, marmalade, cherry and sugar covered almond. Malty vanilla develops a little later on.
Fizzy apple laces and Mars Bars.
Spot on. The little caramelised bits around the edge of a Rhubarb crumble.
