A Signatory bottling of 18 year old Benrinnes single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were filled in October 1997 and emptied in May 2016.
Nutty malt, layers of vegetal vanilla and honey. A hint of banana.
Apples and pears. Cardamom and a little bit of ginger cake.
White chocolate and honeydew melon.
