Benrinnes 17yo TBWC Bottling Note

Independently bottled Benrinnes single malt, aged for 17 years before being bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. If you enjoy science (like Pete McPeat of whiskyfun.com) then you'll enjoy the label of this expression. If you enjoy yummy whisky (like Jack Washback, also of whiskyfun.com), then you too will also enjoy this expression. It's a crowd-pleaser, some might say.

Batch 5 is a release of 940 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lemon tart, barley and vanilla. Hints of hazelnut and honey-roasted peanut.

Palate: Still quite nutty (now with walnut, almond and more hazelnut). A juicy burst of Sauternes wine sweetness.

Finish: Lingering florals.
