This single malt from Benrinnes was distilled in 2006 and matured for 17 years, including a finish in a virgin oak cask. The cask was cracked open by indie bottler Alistair Walker, releasing a total of 271 bottles for the Infrequent Flyers collection.
Toffee, vanilla cream, and tropical layers of pineapple sweeties and banana bread.
Toasted brown sugar, chewy toffee, cinnamon biscuits, and chocolate honeycomb.
Warming spices and a smidge of pepper join the sweetness for the finish.
