In 1991 United Distillers (now Diageo) launched a series 22 of single malt whiskies that whisky writer Michael Jackson referred to as 'Flora and Fauna'. The name stuck, and future editions carried the name on their label, like this early Benrinnes 15 Year Old from the '90s.
