This 2007 vintage Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was finished in a single first-fill Malmsey Madeira hogshead for 17 months before being bottled in 2022 by James Eadie for the Single Cask series. There are just 294 bottles.

Nose

Buttery biscuit, red berries, and hickory-smoked bacon.

Palate

Dark chocolate, buttered malt loaf, Toffee Crisp, and apple skins.
