Benrinnes 12 Year Old - Soldier (The Macbeth Act 2 Collection) 70cl Whisky

Benrinnes takes the role of the Soldier in Act 2 of Livingstone’s Macbeth Collection, with Sir Quentin Blake providing the artwork and Dave Broom helping shape the character behind the whisky.

The 12-year-old Speyside single malt was matured in refill sherry casks and bottled at 53.5% ABV, with 2,400 bottles produced. Benrinnes’ naturally weighty, savoury style gets the sherry cask treatment here, adding fruit and nuttiness without sanding off the distillery’s meatier edges.
