Sherry
A single cask bottling from Adelphi, distilled at Benrinnes in 2011. It rested in a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead for 12 years before it was released in 2023, with an outturn of 302 bottles.
Lots of fresh berries, orchard fruit, and chocolate ganache.
Tart redcurrants, chocolate-coated nuts, and dark fudge.
Cherry jam and cocoa powder.
