A Càrn Mòr bottling of Benrinnes, which was distilled in 2009. The Speysider was aged in a sherry butt for a decade, and was only drawn from the cask once it was 10 years old. The butt yielded 608 bottles for the Strictly Limited range at 47.5% ABV.

Nose
Salted dark chocolate, a drizzle of caramel and earthy vanilla oak.
Palate
Toffee-covered nuts, salted caramel and dried apple with a hint of spice.
Finish
Praline and a drying oaky finish.
