    Benrinnes 10 Year Old 2009 (cask 302110) - The Single Cask

    From wonderful indie bottler The Single Cask comes this Benrinnes single malt, distilled in February 2009. The Speysider spent the following decade in a single cask, until it was bottled in August 2019 with an outturn of 324 bottles at 58.4% ABV.

    Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

    Notes of apple crumble (with all the spices) and zingy green apple skin, followed by oily nuts.

    Palate

    Peppery oak tempered by sweet malt, white grape skin and creamy cashew notes, along with a dusting of baking spice.

    Finish

    Spiced, stewed apple and a touch of lychee.
