Description
Distilled at Benriach Distillery in 2012, this 13-year-old single malt spent its life in a bourbon hogshead, allowing the distillery’s fruit-forward, slightly confectionery style to do most of the talking. Bottled at cask strength with no filtration or colouring, and matured at Ardgowan for close monitoring, this is a classic example of Benriach in a clean, vanilla-led register.

Nose
Pineapple cubes, vanilla fudge, pear drops and a dusting of icing sugar.
Palate
Creamy malt, baked apple, honeycomb and a touch of toasted almond.
Finish
Medium length, with sweet spice, soft oak and lingering tropical fruit.
