From the 16th batch of single cask releases from Benriach comes a peated 7 year old expression, matured in a virgin oak cask from March 2012 to 2019. After its slumber, it was bottled up at cask strength, producing 286 bottles. Even rather youthful Benriach's like this one manage to pack a fascinating flavour profile!

Tasting Note by The Producer

Nose: Orange, grape and cherry candy in salted caramel with hazelnut nougat and ice cream. Birch and cherry tree bark linger in the background.

Palate: Orange candy, poached pear and custard meld with rhubarb and birch smoke leaving a lingering smoked fruit finish.
