This indie Speysider was distilled at Benriach in October 2014, before it was filled into a single bourbon barrel - cask #100, to be specific! It rested there for five years, until March 2020 when A.D. Rattray bottled it up for the Cask Collection, with 258 bottles released at a generous 60% ABV.
Caramel digestives, Crunchie bar and milk chocolate praline.
Caramelised nuts, golden syrup and hints of sweet berries.
More biscuits, with dark chocolate cookie, spiced chocolate and oily nuts.
