Nose: Apple turnover with flaky pastry and a dusting of icing sugar, a little papaya, very slightly floral.
Palate: Sugared almonds and toasted walnuts, hickory, more apple, marzipan and melon.
Finish: Black pepper, cinnamon and another hint of hickory.
